For the comfort of all of our guests at Arcadia we would like to advise you of our policy.
On arrival we request you pull your vehicle up at the front of the guest house to await instructions for parking in our on-site car park. We are happy for guests to book in before 1pm or after 5pm to receive their keys and fill in their registration details. When booking in you will receive a key to your room and our front doors, this becomes the guest/s responsibility during their stay and should be handed in to a member of staff on departure. Should keys be taken by mistake we respectfully ask for you to inform us by telephone and send them back to us immediately. However, should keys not be returned within 7 days, or if they are lost the guest/s will be charged accordingly.
Should damage occur in the room during your stay please report it to Alison or Roy immediately to enable us to check it and deal with it. Should damage occur due to misuse of the room The Arcadia reserve the right to charge the guest/s.
When booking in your credit card details are required on our forms and will be used if required. We must be paid on arrival on 1 night bookings.
We request that all guests entering the premises after 10pm and before 7am should respect the noise level.
Food can be bought onto the premises if prior notice has been requested, if this is taken to your room/s we ask that care is taken not to damage/stain our furnishings. Any spillages or staining that does occur may be charged to the guest/s.
Booking out time at Arcadia is 10am and 10.30am from the car park. We respectfully ask that this be adhered to, however should the room not be vacated at this time without prior consultation with the proprietors we reserve the right to request an extra charge to the guest/s.
The Arcadia Guest House has a cancellation policy of 48 hours. Therefore should you not require your accommodation please advise us in advance. Failure to advise will result in the customer being liable for payment.
